This is a high class set as each pack will have an EX card or higher in it.
Each non-ex Pokemon in this set has two types of reverse holos: 1) an Energy reverse holo and 2) a certain Poke Ball reverse holo (or "R" if it's a Team Rocket's Pokemon). The two types of reverse holos are equally as rare.
The Poke Balls are assigned to each Pokemon. For example, all Wurmple are printed with Love Balls only. The same Poke Ball continues through each Evolution, signifying that the Pokemon was trained from its base form after being caught.
The reverse holos feature Poke Balls, Love Balls, Friend Balls, Quick Balls, and Dusk Balls.
Trainers, Energy, and Pokemon ex do not have reverse holos. This means with 118 regular Pokemon in this set, there are a total of 236 reverse holos to collect:
